No Refunds or Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refundson any D-OxyVita® supplements once an order has been placed.
Each formula is prepared specifically per order and tailored to the individual’s needs. As a result, once production has begun, the product cannot be restocked, resold, or reused.
This policy ensures compliance with the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), which classifies shelf-available fertility supplements as scheduled medicines. By only producing on request, we maintain the integrity of our process and regulatory standards.
